He has also bagged many limits of Dove and Quail with his Hungarian Vizsla Bird Dogs, the 'Best of Both Worlds.' He has become a good cook (Campo-style foods) through years of practice and has even invented a few of his own "Ranch Recipes." After attending A&amp;I University Kingsville and the University of Houston, Central Campus, Capt. Gabe worked in Houston, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. In the mid-90s, he started his own business and purchased his ranch, both of which he built from scratch. In 2009, Capt. Gabe sold his business and became a full-time Rancher &amp; Outdoorsman.
